Overview
Landlord Assistant: Rent is designed to keep landlord, property, lodger, rent, and paperwork records on your device. The app does not sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Information You Enter
You may choose to add property details, lodger names, contact details, rent records, checklist items, notes, and document attachments. This information is stored locally on your device and can be synced through your private iCloud account.
iCloud Sync
iCloud sync stores an encrypted app snapshot in your Apple iCloud account so your own devices can share the same records. Apple handles iCloud account security and storage. The app developer does not operate a separate server for those records.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. The app receives purchase entitlement status from StoreKit so it can unlock paid features. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not received by the app developer.

If you contact support through GitHub or email, the information you choose to include in that message will be used to respond to your request.
Data Removal
You can delete app records from inside the app settings. You can also delete the app to remove local app data from the device. iCloud data can be removed from the app settings when iCloud sync is enabled.
