You can track active and archived properties, follow your rent rhythm (early, on time, late or missed), and keep Vault items like Right to Rent checks, gas and electrical safety, and smoke and CO alarms filed with proof.
Is Landlord Assistant: Rent free? ⌄
Yes, it's free to download and use. Pro adds unlimited homes, removes ads and enables tax pack exports. Pro is available as a monthly subscription (£4.99) or a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase (£49.99). If you just want fewer ads, a separate one-time No Ads purchase (£4.99) is also available.
Does it collect or sell my data? ⌄
No. The developer states the app does not collect any data, and there are no third-party advertising SDKs. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to turn on iCloud sync.
What does iCloud sync do? ⌄
iCloud sync is optional. When turned on, it stores an encrypted snapshot of your records in your own Apple iCloud account so your iPhone and iPad stay in step. Apple handles the storage and security of that account.

Not currently. It's built for iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 and later.
