Calculate, save and settle
- Choose the bet type and currency. Enter your back stake, back odds, lay odds and commission.
- Review the suggested additional lay, total liability and both outcomes. Advanced controls include partial matching and custom stakes.
- Tap Save bet. Enter the event and selection, choose both providers and confirm your exchange commission.
- Record what actually matched. A suggested stake is not a confirmed lay until you confirm it.
- Open Bets and choose Settle bet. Check the combined result before saving. Use Custom settlement for the actual net amounts from both accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my calculation show a small loss?
A qualifying bet may have different back and lay odds and exchange commission. The app shows both cash outcomes. Free-bet and refund modes use different assumptions; check that you selected the right mode and whether the promotional stake is returned.
How should I enter exchange commission?
Confirm the rate that applies to your exchange account and bet. The app remembers provider defaults but stores the rate with each bet. Market-level commission or settlement exceptions may differ; record actual after-fee net amounts through Custom settlement without charging the fee again.
What if only part of my lay matches?
Use Advanced & partial matching in the calculator to enter each fill at its own odds and stake. Recalculate the suggested remainder, then save only the amounts that actually matched. An overhedged position is flagged instead of suggesting a negative stake.
Can I correct a settlement?
Yes. Open the record in Bets, correct the settlement or reopen it. Totals are recalculated from the current settled records; saving an open or draft bet never creates realised profit.
Why are GBP and EUR separate?
There is no automatic currency conversion. Select the matching currency in Insights and keep provider amounts in the bet’s recorded currency.
How do I back up or restore history?
Open Settings → Export full backup to save a versioned file. Restore from backup previews the import and merges stable identifiers without duplicating the same revisions. CSV is useful for spreadsheets but is not a complete restore file.
Why is iCloud not working in the current beta?
Production CloudKit setup is pending. The current beta can calculate and save locally; export a full backup before reinstalling or changing devices. Two-device sync will be checked before public launch.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting a bet places it in Recently Deleted and retains revision history for recovery. Removing the app does not guarantee deletion of Apple backups, a private iCloud copy or exported files. Open a privacy support ticket for complete-removal guidance, without attaching records publicly.
What to include in a bug report
Include the app version/build, iOS version, iPhone or iPad model, the steps you followed, and the expected and actual result. For calculation questions, use invented values that reproduce the issue. Redact screenshots.
Responsible use
For adults aged 18 and over. This app is an independent manual calculator, not a betting service or a guarantee of earnings. Confirm odds, matched amounts, offer terms and settlement with your providers. Stop betting if it affects your wellbeing and seek independent local support.
